About the Role

In this position, you will be working directly with our clients, providing technical support and resolving issues related to our mobile and online banking solutions. As a key member of our technical support team, you will collaborate with software technicians, technical support specialists, and developers to ensure seamless resolution of technical issues. Your excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, will enable you to effectively interact with end-users, understand their concerns, and provide timely solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our banking software and apps to provide expert technical support
  • Coordinate with software technicians, technical support specialists, and developers to resolve complex technical issues
  • Analyze technical logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects
  • Handle technical processes and explain them in a clear, concise manner to less-technical individuals
  • Manage a dynamic workload with multiple concurrent tasks, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Monitor and improve the quality of the tech support process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Solid troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

  • In-depth learning and understanding of our mobile and online banking products, with the ability to apply this knowledge to resolve technical issues and provide expert support

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in banking live-chat support, with a strong understanding of the technical and customer service aspects of this role
  • Experience in technical support, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service
  • Experience with Dialogflow, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical support processes
  • Experience with various mobile phone platforms, especially iOS and Android, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of these platforms
  • Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and manage projects to successful completion
  • Working experience with US-based customers, with a strong understanding of the US banking system and the ability to provide expert support to customers in this region
