Key Responsibilities
As an experienced customer support representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients via phone, chat, tickets, or outbound phone calls
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies
Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet or satellite internet service is not permitted)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept Apple OS)
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space
- An organized desk area
- A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment and will not be considered an employee of arenaflex. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses.
