Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – Administrative Support & Data Management

Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data integrity, and providing administrative support as needed. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data entry, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Management:

+ Enter customer and account data from source documents with high accuracy and attention to detail. + Enter new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring up-to-date information. + Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, maintaining data integrity. + Upload documents/backup records in the Salesforce system, ensuring secure data storage.

Administrative Support:

+ Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process. + Reconcile Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate financial records. + Conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, maintaining inventory accuracy. + Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.

Additional Responsibilities:

+ Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administration, or a similar field.

Skills:

+ Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access). + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. + Strong organizational and time management skills.

Personal Qualities:

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science).

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar field.

Skills:

+ Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. + Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. + Familiarity with inventory management systems.
