Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our customers' financial well-being. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, and provide personalized recommendations and solutions to help them achieve success. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

• Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products, consumer lending, and other banking services
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
• Cash handling skills
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

• Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and relationship management
• Experience with cash handling and banking operations
• Strong knowledge of consumer deposit products, consumer lending, and other banking services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
