Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers on insurance options and identify opportunities for growth
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex agent team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
