Job Summary

As a Customer Information Representative for our Workers' Compensation division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will utilize your knowledge of the insurance industry and specifically workers' compensation to accurately and efficiently assist customers with their inquiries. You will communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide timely and accurate information. You will also maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products related to workers' compensation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of arenaflex's Workers' Compensation division, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and specifically workers' compensation to accurately and efficiently assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products related to workers' compensation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
