Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and renew existing contracts
  • Building strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Achieving revenue-based quotas and sales targets through effective sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewals
  • Collaborating with the sales team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in our customer management system (CRM)
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a sales capacity, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas and goals
  • Prior experience in high-volume calling, with a strong ability to manage multiple customer contacts and interactions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to work from home, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
