Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Reviewer & Analytics Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Review Monitoring: Regularly track and monitor customer feedback on multiple platforms (e.g., review sites, social media, surveys) to ensure all reviews are addressed promptly and appropriately.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through emails, calls, and chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with our products/services.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer service data and review trends to identify areas of improvement. Use analytics to make recommendations for enhancing customer experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer feedback, response times, and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on customer sentiment, review scores, and satisfaction levels to share with leadership, using insights to drive improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the customer service, product, and marketing teams to share insights and help implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience and brand reputation.
  • Problem Solving: Address escalated customer complaints or negative reviews, ensuring resolution and positive outcomes for both the customer and the company.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience

in customer service, review management, or a related field.
