Experienced Chat Moderator – Remote Community Management and Moderation

Job Description:
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
- Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech or discriminatory language + Spam or self-promotional content + Inflammatory or provocative comments
- Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after thorough investigation and warning.
- Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruption.
- Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking necessary action.
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and rules.
- Providing excellent customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participating in regular community events and activities to foster engagement and build relationships with users.
Pay and Benefits:
* Hourly rate: $12.50 per hour
- Pay cycle: Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday

Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Discord and online community management tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in community management or moderation
- Knowledge of online safety and security best practices
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Experience with social media management and content creation
