Key Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Claims Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and collecting statements from involved parties
• Providing exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking policyholders, showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
• Working comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, multitasking and adapting to changing situations
• Exploring new skills and openness to different career paths, with opportunities for growth and development
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex claims and provide solutions to policyholders

Qualifications & Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• In-office role requires commuting to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811
• Experience providing outstanding customer service, showcasing expertise, and growing customer satisfaction
• Solid computer multitasking skills and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths

Compensation and Perks:

* $20.84 per hour / $41,992 annually

• 10% Bilingual Differential
• $1,000 completion bonus after successfully completing training and orientation (around 6 months)
• 10% evening differential for applicable shifts
• 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts
• Hybrid role: Training 100% in-office (6-9 months); post-training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a week
