Key Qualities We're Looking For:
* A passionate drive to excel as a Remote Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
- An ability to emotionally connect with potential clients and effectively convey the value of our services
- Sensitivity to clients' emotional needs, especially in the context of home cleaning
- Enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding weekly sales goals
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Expertise in managing long sales cycles while delivering exceptional client service
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
- Comfort in using web-based sales, scheduling, and client service applications
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and embrace new technologies like AI Sales Agents and AI Scheduling Agents
- Trustworthiness and integrity, delivering on promises whether someone is watching or not
- A love for both Sales and Marketing, understanding their close relationship
- A Bachelor's Degree
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets
- Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates
- Oversee initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service
- Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication
- Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics
- Must be a great scheduler. Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed
- Embrace the integration of AI technology into our sales and marketing processes
- Available to work full time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 6:30am to 3pm, US CST time. Thursdays and Sundays are off

Compensation:
* Base pay ranges from $4 to $9 per hour, with significant growth potential
