Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary focus will be on creating a seamless and memorable experience for our customers, from the moment they arrive at the Centurion Parlor to the moment they depart. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and Greet: Greet Card Members upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.
  • Client First: Utilize the Client First approach to address customer needs and expectations, providing proactive solutions and recommendations.
  • Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer issues or concerns, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Travel and Lifestyle Services: Provide expert travel and lifestyle services, including travel discussion and reservation assistance.
  • Food and Beverage Partnerships: Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Work effectively with your team to ensure seamless service delivery, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
  • Travel Industry Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically and proactively solve customer issues.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: A strong team player with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various technology platforms and systems, including web-based tools.
