Customer Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound sales, customer service, billing, and repair issues with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Developing a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by arenaflex to ensure you're confident and comfortable addressing customer inquiries
  • Monitoring ACD queues and managing talk times to ensure prompt and efficient service to customers
  • Following established guidelines and procedures for proper call handling and quality assurance
  • Achieving quality metrics through regular Quality Assurance reviews and feedback
  • Making outbound calls to customers to gather information and resolve issues
  • Selling residential product offerings to inbound callers while adhering to sales procedures
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of customer support experience, with at least two years of call center experience
  • A high level of energy and motivation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Telecommunications experience is a plus, but not required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Spanish speaking skills are preferred, but not required
