Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to help customers find the perfect products
- Work with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for store appearance
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service
- Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
- Work collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve our goals
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions
- Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications
* Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
