Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration Framework, serving as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC, as well as administer and support all aspects of data handling equipment, including printers and terminals. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain systems, enabling us to deliver exceptional patient care and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, facilitating communication and resolving issues
  • Work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to implement actual solutions that support the DC
  • Administer and support all aspects of data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
  • Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
  • Communicate with MHE vendors regarding data management
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Center office, WMS vendor, and MIS Division to resolve issues
  • Support LAN (Local Area Network) design and implementation
  • Perform all future upgrades of software
  • Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
  • Regulate non-exempt staff
  • Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
  • Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it is operational and accessible to all end-users
  • Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
  • Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

  • 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate (on-site or remote)
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Capabilities

* Project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and systems
