Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences. Your duties will include:
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to resolve travel issues and build customer loyalty
- Stepping up to meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success and implement new processes and technologies

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
- Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet arenaflex's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
