Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: - Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing issues related to orders, payments, returns, and account management promptly and professionally. - Problem Resolution: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. - Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of arenaflex products, policies, and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. - Documentation: Accurately log chat interactions and follow-up actions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep records up-to-date for team efficiency. - Quality Assurance: Adhere to company guidelines for quality assurance, including meeting response times, accuracy rates, and customer satisfaction metrics. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors, contributing to team goals and providing feedback on processes and tools to enhance service delivery. - Feedback and Improvement: Gather and convey customer feedback to management to aid in improving our chat support processes and enhance customer experience.

Requirements
