Position Overview

As a Customer Relations Representative on our Agent Team, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You'll be responsible for establishing trust, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions that meet their unique requirements. Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and identify opportunities to provide value-added services
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with the Agent Team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales or marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Knowledge of insurance and financial services products and services, with a focus on customer needs and preferences
  • Certification in a related field (e.g., insurance, financial planning) a plus
