As a Specialist Customer Solutions Architect – Databricks, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of cloud and data technologies. Key Responsibilities As a Specialist Customer Solutions Architect – Databricks, you will be responsible for: * Providing technical leadership to guide strategic customers to successful implementations of our solutions * Assisting Core Solution Architects with advanced aspects of the technical sale, including custom proof of concept content, estimating workload sizing, and custom architectures * Crafting compelling stories and demonstrations that showcase the power of our solution(s) and partnerships, both internally and externally * Using insights and partner feedback to influence our product roadmap, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our partners and customers * Representing the voice of the customer and their needs in internal discussions and working groups * Identifying the best solutions that bring value to our customers * Building and sharing thought leadership both internally and externally through technical expertise, research, and customer solutioning experiences * Serving customers predominantly in the Pre-Sales stages and also focusing on Post-Sales stages for unique requests * Collaborating with Partner Sales Engineers and Partner Sellers on joint customer strategies and value propositions Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree or military experience * At least 7 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role * At least 5 years of technical experience in Databricks * At least 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams * At least 4 years of experience with design, implementation, or consulting experience of distributed applications Nice-to-Haves While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology * Databricks certifications * High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations * 2+ years of experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) for production deployments * 2+ years of experience in design and deployment of performant end-to-end data architectures * 2+ years of experience with technical project delivery – managing scope and timelines * 2+ years of experience in documentation and white-boarding Benefits As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy: * Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching * Performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Professional development opportunities and support for ongoing education Why Join arenaflex?
