Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, providing expert guidance on consumer deposit products and services. You'll be responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships, identifying financial goals and needs, and recommending suitable banking solutions. Your exceptional customer service skills, sales acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Educate customers on consumer deposit products, identifying opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process
- Proactively identify and pursue new customer follow-up programs, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
