Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Technical Proficiency: Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems.
• Availability: Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week (nice-to-have).
• Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL (nice-to-have).
