Responsibilities

As a Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency, with experience working with multiple computer systems and software applications
• Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL (for on-site training)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (for remote work)

• Open availability between 6am-2am EST, 7 days a week
• Reliable transportation to and from the training site in Lakeland, FL
