As an e-Service Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in representing our business unit to customers and business partners, including contractors and realtors. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication, following all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
