Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our Financial Operations (FinOps) team. As the first line of interaction for all finance-related queries, you'll be responsible for managing inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails. Your expertise and dedication will be crucial in providing timely and accurate support to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries within 48 hours, prioritizing based on customer impact and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Address customer payment and invoice questions, providing clear and concise information to resolve their concerns.
  • Assist customers with desired changes to their accounts, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Support arenaflex employees with questions and problems, fostering a collaborative and helpful environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically and professionally.
  • Maintain high-quality work standards, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy in all interactions and tasks.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
  • Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems, enabling you to efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, providing a solid understanding of financial operations and processes.
  • Experience with Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • At least 1+ year of Customer Service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional support and service excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills, allowing you to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Typing speed of 50+ words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring efficient and accurate communication.
  • Regular and predictable attendance, demonstrating your reliability and commitment to the role.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in a financial operations or customer-facing role, providing a deeper understanding of the industry and customer needs.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and software, enabling you to provide informed support and guidance to customers.
  • Experience with quality assurance and process improvement, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
