The Role: Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in consulting with families, explaining the benefits options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that their benefits are tailored to their unique circumstances. Your goal will be to establish and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our benefits, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, responding to their inquiries, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, helping with any necessary claims or adjustments, and ensuring that their benefits are up-to-date and relevant to their needs
  • Provide administrative support in response to members' needs, responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, performing any necessary updates on schedule, and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, experience in sales, customer service, or a related field would be highly beneficial. A strong knowledge of benefits administration, insurance, or a related field would also be an asset. You should be proficient in using technology, including Zoom, CRM software, and other digital tools, with the ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing circumstances.
