We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Online Chat Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure seamless resolution
  • Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and guidance
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing excellent communication skills
  • Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
  • Portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education
  • Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong telephone etiquette, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
