Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure a positive experience for our clients' customers
- Providing product and service information, as well as scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and concerns
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, working together to drive revenue and growth for our clients
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoying the challenge of a quick-paced work setting
- Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think on your feet!
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show your ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Consider gaming experience as a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think on your feet!
