Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As an Experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service experiences, building trust, and confidence in our business
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your professionalism and expertise
- Fostering personalized and helpful interactions with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
