Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients and their customers, resolving issues and answering questions related to our products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure timely and effective solutions, and you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer support to clients and their customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle inbound calls and manage outbound calls as necessary, utilizing communication scripts and online resources to provide accurate and helpful information
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
  • Provide customers with product and service information as needed, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services
  • Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities
  • Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer concerns

Essential Qualifications

* Professional work ethic and strong phone and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
  • Active listening skills with the ability to resolve customer issues
  • Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
  • Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
  • Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
  • Quiet work space and high-speed internet required
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus (Spanish or French)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of our products and services (training provided)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
