Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing guidance and support throughout the application process, and resolving billing issues, product problems, and service questions. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction.   • Compliance Knowledge: Must adhere to compliance expectations pursuant to FDCPA and other Federal, State, and local laws.
  • Time Management: Meet client guidelines and have a clear understanding of client policies.
  • Teamwork: Strong sense of teamwork and cooperation with management and coworkers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Specific Duties

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your specific duties will include:

  • Answering all questions and guiding borrowers through the application process
  • Updating consumers' account information during and after each call
  • Identifying payment options and setting up payment arrangements as appropriate
  • Maintaining daily and monthly service level expectations
  • Initiating effective outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
  • Producing and arranging payment solutions for customers
  • Providing account updates to management as appropriate
  • Ensuring client/company quality standards are met
  • Working assigned group of accounts
  • Assuring the best interests of the company are maintained
  • Providing management with information on any suspected work or personnel problems
  • Continuing training in UDAAP and compliance policies
  • Other duties as required and fulfilling other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service billing experience a plus
  • Basic Microsoft office applications
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen as permitted by law
