Job Overview

arenaflex's Customer Care division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering heart-driven service and are interested in a flexible work schedule. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to offer solutions that simplify our members' health care experience, making a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls
  • Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Offer solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience
  • Provide heart-driven service to our millions of plan members
  • Learn and expand your knowledge of health care, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma
  • Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

We also offer a flexible work schedule, with schedule options designed to create a balance between work and personal life. This is a full-time position, with days off and hours that may vary. Scheduled start times will vary and rotate to support business needs, with site hours from 6am-7pm local time.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
