Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Social Worker to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a Licensed Social Worker at arenaflex, you will partner with a registered nurse case manager to utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet the benefit plan and/or health needs of our members. This role requires a deep understanding of the social determinants of health and the ability to research and connect members with available options and resources for financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. You will empower members to make positive lifestyle and medical choices, working closely with other clinical staff to assist members in navigating community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with a registered nurse case manager to assess, plan, and advocate for members' benefit plan and/or health needs
  • Research and connect members with available options and resources for financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs
  • Empower members to make positive lifestyle and medical choices through telephonic or electronic exchange
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff to assist members in navigating community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health
  • Utilize a collaborative process to meet the unique needs of members across the entire lifecycle

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess an active and unrestricted LSW, LMSW, LCSW, or LISW license in the state of your residence. A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical social work or case management is required, along with a Master's Degree in Social Work. You must be able to work independently in a remote setting, with the ability to navigate electronic systems and maintain accurate records.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $46,597.20 - $101,228.40 per year, depending on experience and location.
