Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data entries. You will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our system based on provided documentation, identifying and categorizing various document types, reviewing and verifying data entries, and safeguarding personal health information (PHI) with strict adherence to HIPAA regulations. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately inputting data into our system based on provided documentation, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality
* Identifying and categorizing various document types, including but not limited to:
+ Medical records
+ Patient information
+ Insurance claims
+ Financial documents
* Reviewing and verifying data entries to ensure accuracy and quality, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
* Safeguarding personal health information (PHI) with strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data
* Collaborating professionally with colleagues as necessary, including but not limited to:
+ Providing input on process enhancements
+ Assisting with training and onboarding new team members
+ Participating in team meetings and discussions
* Proposing ideas for process enhancements, with a focus on improving efficiency and accuracy
* Completing assigned tasks punctually and assisting with additional responsibilities as needed, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
Required Skills
* Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivation, with the capacity to maintain focus and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Quick learning, with the ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations

* Typing skills: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy

Compensation And Benefits
* Hourly wage of $12
* Availability of part-time and full-time positions (full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours per week)
* Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
