Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Retail Customer Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and proactively approaching them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
  • Serving as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management
  • Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions
  • Upholding company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer service or sales role

  • Knowledge of sports and fitness industry trends and products
  • Experience with inventory management and merchandising
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
