Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the best possible coverage and support
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the supplemental benefits industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and hearing insurance plans
