As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with providers to retrieve missing medical documentation and enter it into our database.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing outbound telephone calls and/or other means of contact with healthcare provider offices to retrieve medical records via fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access, or by scheduling a visit at the provider location.
• Effectively communicating with team members and external providers to ensure adherence to challenging project timelines.
• Completing additional tasks as required to support the division.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Service Representatives Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of call center experience in the healthcare/medical field (desired).
• Strong ability to handle fast-paced training programs.
• Ability to type 40 WPM.
• Familiarity with medical terminology (a plus).
• Your own work equipment, including a PC/Laptop, mouse, and headset, to work 100% remotely.
• Proficiency in Google Chrome and ability to navigate through multiple tabs.
