HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WELDER / FABRICATOR IN PENDLETON, IN Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Welder / Fabricator to join our client in Pendleton, IN. This individual will be responsible for using the TIG welding process to join metal pieces together. Pay, Schedule, and Location • Starting at up to $25/hour, paid weekly • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision • Monday through Friday schedule • 1st shift: 6 am to 3:30 pm • 2nd shift: 4 pm to 1 am • Located in Pendleton, IN Duties and Responsibilities • Use the TIG welding process to join metal pieces together. • Weld metal components using the TIG welding process according to specifications. • Operate welding equipment to fuse metals together, ensuring strong, durable, and aesthetically pleasing welds. • Set up welding equipment including TIG welding machines, gas cylinders, and accessories. • Clean and prepare metal surfaces for welding by grinding, cutting, and smoothing. • Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of welding equipment and materials.
