About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. You will be part of a talented and motivated team that values a sense of humor, empathy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls

  • Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
  • Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
  • Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
