What You'll Do Every Day
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
- Performing searches on websites for information
- Auditing reports and sheets of data
- Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
- Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
- Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Data Classification: Classify information into relevant categories, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Research: Perform searches on websites to gather information and verify data
- Auditing: Review reports and sheets of data to identify errors or inconsistencies
- Data Management: Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
- Quality Control: Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
Requirements:
* Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity software
- Expertise in computer research and data entry
- Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and practices
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks
- Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with presentation software, such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with cloud-based software and applications
