We are currently seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our logistics team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our logistics database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations. Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting data into our logistics management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and updating information in our database on a regular basis.
- Assisting in preparing regular reports and summaries of data, and collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors and reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar position, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management systems is a plus, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
