As a Part-Time Remote Area Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our hourly workforce and ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As a Part-Time Remote Area Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business results in the following areas:
- Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and motivate your team, ensuring that they're equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll work closely with our support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives, ensuring that our customers receive their orders safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Collaborate with all support teams: You'll work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans to meet business objectives and drive results.
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: You'll be required to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as standing and walking for up to 12 hours during shifts.
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: You'll work in an environment where the noise level can be loud, and you'll be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety.
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather: You'll work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions, including outside loading departments.
- Continuously climb and descend stairs: You'll be required to climb and descend stairs frequently, as some of our sites have stairs.

Estimated Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive estimated salary of $20 to $28 per hour, based on qualifications. In addition to your salary, you'll also receive a range of benefits, including:

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Part-Time Remote Area Manager, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:
