As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Entry Level (Virtual) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams. You'll be responsible for supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You'll also collaborate with various support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives and ensure customer delivery promises are met.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
* Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to perform tasks safely and efficiently
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, and be subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions
- Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
- Physical stamina to perform tasks safely and efficiently, including lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking for up to 12 hours
