Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information about their packages
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Documenting delivery flow and tracking information in our system
  • Collaborating with regional facilities to ensure seamless package delivery and exceptional customer experiences
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

Requirements

To be a successful Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll need:

  • The ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple computer applications
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customer concerns and express empathy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
  • A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
