The Role

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our 95+ million members make the most out of their arenaflex benefits. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with personalized support and guidance to help them navigate our services. Your expertise will be invaluable in resolving customer issues, providing education on disease management programs, and making recommendations on healthy living programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand arenaflex's business and services, including topics such as payment determination and claims related to medical and dental procedures.

  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them over the chat the first time, every time.
  • Be an advocate for health and wellness by educating customers on disease management programs and making recommendations on healthy living programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Participate in regular development opportunities and mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High-level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology a PLUS.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications).

  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance-related industry.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)).
