You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing 7-day-a-week coverage, working closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure seamless customer support.
- Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, working out a schedule that suits your needs and preferences.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
