The Role The Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator provides vital administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across executive and HR functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn both HR and business operations. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and is a remote role.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate executive off-sites, company-wide meetings, company culture initiatives, and special events where applicable.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including expense reporting and vendor coordination. HR Coordinator
  • Complete and track employment and income verification requests.
  • Maintain and organize HR compliance documentation, including required postings and employee notices.
  • Receive, distribute, and process HR-related mail and forms.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned, including policy updates, employee engagement activities, and compliance audits.
  • Support HR operations, including swag distribution, onboarding, system tickets, and updates to HR documents and templates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • G-Workspace knowledge. Bonus Qualifications
  • macOS knowledge.
