Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and identifying opportunities to improve our services. If you're a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding responsibilities, including:

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Focusing on customer retention and building strong relationships with our customers
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our CRM
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
  • Ability to work well both individually and within a team
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
