Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, production-driven, and team-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Part-Time Weekend Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will apply the latest customer service techniques, learn our account management systems, and help improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, with various shifts available to accommodate your needs, working approximately 3-29 hours per week from the comfort of your home office.

Available Shifts

  • Sundays Only: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Saturdays Only: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
  • Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collecting and documenting claim details accurately
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
  • Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
  • Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with flexibility to work extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
  • Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
  • Embodying arenaflex's core values, including customer-first approach, self-motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Abilities

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent language skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred, although we welcome talented individuals from various backgrounds

Technical Requirements

To work from home effectively, you will need:

  • A reliable computer and internet connection
  • A private network (not a public location)
  • No VPNs allowed, as logins must occur in the US
  • A speed test must be run from your computer upon hire (using www.speedtest.net)
  • An Ethernet connection is strongly recommended
