About the Role
We are hiring immediately for Life & Health Insurance Sales professionals to join our 100% remote team. Sales Representatives will receive virtual training from home and have the opportunity to earn lucrative commissions while making a real difference in people’s lives. Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in understanding insurance coverages and selecting the right products
- Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and empathy
- Build strong client relationships and earn loyalty and trust
- Support application workflow for Life & Health policies and answer policy-related questions
- Demonstrate effective sales skills and meet performance goals
- Work independently while maintaining a consistent schedule
Work-from-Home Requirements
- Desktop or laptop computer (2–3 preferred for multi-program use)
- Webcam and high-speed Internet (wired Ethernet preferred; minimum: Upload 3 Mbps, Download 16 Mbps)
- USB headset with noise-canceling microphone recommended (Jabra, Plantronics, Logitech)
- Cell phone, tablet, or landline for client calls
Qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License in your state (non-resident license assistance available)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using desktop computer systems
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Veterans encouraged to apply
