Landing Page Copywriter + Designer – Direct Response (Figma → Build Output) Company Overview We’re a lean, performance-driven DTC eCommerce team operating across multiple brands in health, wellness, beauty, and consumables. Our growth is fueled by fast experimentation, sharp direct-response messaging, and high-converting landing pages built specifically for paid traffic. We move quickly, test aggressively, and optimize relentlessly. If you enjoy writing persuasive copy, designing pages that convert, and shipping landing pages fast, you’ll fit right in. We are looking for candidates based in LATAM or the Philippines. Role Overview We’re looking for a Landing Page Copywriter + Designer to own the creation of high-converting landing pages from concept to live build. This role is ideal for someone who can write strong direct-response copy, design clean and effective layouts in Figma, and turn those designs into live pages using no-code tools. You’ll support new angles, new products, and major campaigns, working closely with CRO and performance teams to iterate and scale winners. This is not a “copy-only” or “design-only” role. You must be able to write, design, and ship.

Key Responsibilities

Write Direct-Response Landing Page Copy

  • Craft persuasive, conversion-focused copy for paid traffic
  • Develop clear hooks, messaging hierarchy, offer framing, and CTAs
  • Adapt copy based on traffic source (Meta, YouTube, etc.)

Design & Build Landing Pages

  • Create wireframes and final designs in Figma
  • Translate designs into live landing pages using no-code tools (Replo, Shogun, GemPages, or similar)
  • Ensure clean layouts, fast load times, and strong UX for conversion

Ship Fast & Manage Variations

  • Turn landing pages around quickly for paid media testing
  • Manage multiple landing page variations at the same time
  • Build modular sections that can be easily swapped and tested

Collaborate on Optimization

  • Work closely with the CRO & Data Optimization Specialist to implement winning tests
  • Iterate on copy, layout, and offers based on performance data
  • Support ongoing optimization across LPs, PDPs, and funnels

Leverage AI for Speed & Scale

  • Use AI tools to draft first-pass copy, generate angle ideas, and research customer insights
  • Speed up wireframes, layout exploration, and iteration cycles
  • Build systems and components that increase output without sacrificing quality

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Improved landing page conversion rates (CVR) Faster turnaround time for new LPs and iterations Increased volume and quality of testable LP variations Strong performance from paid traffic (Meta, YouTube) Effective collaboration on CRO wins and scaled pages Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong DTC eCommerce experience, especially LP frameworks for supplements, beauty, wellness, or consumables
  • Proven direct-response copywriting background
  • Advanced Figma skills (wireframing → final design)
  • Hands-on experience building pages using no-code tools (Replo, Shogun, GemPages, or similar)
  • Understanding of offer structure, messaging hierarchy, and data-backed iteration
  • Comfortable working with dev or production environments

AI / LLM Proficiency (Required):

  • Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Midjourney, or similar to:
  • Draft first-pass landing page copy
  • Generate and test new angles
  • Research customer insights and objections
  • Speed up wireframing and iteration
  • Create modular, reusable LP sections
  • Ability to use AI as a force multiplier to significantly increase output speed and volume
